Why it feels better
Keep the original application open and use the overlay only when mixed-direction text becomes difficult.

Use Ctrl + hover, automatic mixed-selection detection or the clipboard-copy panel from the tray menu.
The clipboard panel stays selectable and includes Copy and Select all for a comfortable reading workflow.
Your preferred trigger mode is stored locally and the app remains available from the Windows system tray.
Privacy by architecture
RTL Tooltip reads selections through Windows UI Automation and can use a temporary clipboard fallback. There is no account, cloud API or analytics service.
System requirements
The x64 release is packaged as a self-contained Windows app, so a separate developer environment is not required.
64-bit desktop edition with the standard Windows system tray.
For applications running as Administrator, RTL Tooltip may need the same privilege level.
All reading, formatting and settings work entirely offline.
Get started
No installer is required. Keep the extracted folder together and launch the executable from there.
