The clipboard panel stays selectable and includes Copy and Select all for a comfortable reading workflow.

Your preferred trigger mode is stored locally and the app remains available from the Windows system tray.
Privacy by architecture
The selected text stays on your PC.
RTL Tooltip reads selections through Windows UI Automation and can use a temporary clipboard fallback. There is no account, cloud API or analytics service.
- No selected text is uploaded.
- Your previous clipboard content is restored after fallback access.
- Settings and operational logs remain in LocalAppData.
- Sensitive text should still be handled according to your workplace policy.

No installer is required. Keep the extracted folder together and launch the executable from there.
