Retrieve the public IP presented by your internet connection through a small external lookup.

A precise network disclosure
The public lookup contacts ipify.
The app can determine a local address on-device. To learn the public address, it makes a request to api.ipify.org; that service necessarily receives the public IP making the request.
- The application does not create an IP history or user account.
- Local IP detection does not require a cloud service.
- The public-IP lookup requires internet access and exposes the requesting public IP to ipify.
- Copied addresses remain under normal Windows clipboard behaviour.

No administrator access, account or background service is required for ordinary use.

Internet for public IP
The local address can be determined locally; the public lookup needs outbound HTTPS.
